I am currently working as a Senior Customer Operations Engineer at SSH. I am information technology engineer and I have been working in SSH over 10 years. Here is my story as working in SSH.
My name is Kati Tiitu, and I work as a Quality Engineer in SSH. I came to SSH in 2006. I was finalizing my studies in information technology, and I was looking for a permanent job. I used SSH in my studies on daily basis, so I knew the company and product already before applying. I saw an open position that really attracted me and seemed interesting. The SSH brand was well-known and interesting to me, and I decided to apply. Fortunately, I got the job.
I am currently working as a Quality Engineer. So, what does my position include? I am testing our UKM product and I get to do multiple things in my role. I have also worked as a Customer support engineer in our customer support team during my career in SSH.
I would describe our team talented, goal-orientated, and supportive. I know that I can always ask and that there are no stupid questions in our team. We have a daily team meeting, where we talk through what we are doing and share our ideas and solve problems together. We have interesting products and great customers. Our products are also used in challenging environments.
