Business Development Representative
We’re seeking two proactive and consultative Business Development Representatives to help secure and expand our cybersecurity efforts by engaging and qualifying prospective customers. You’ll be a key partner to our sales, marketing, and technical teams, building a strong pipeline and nurturing relationships with IT security leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Research organizations security postures and identify gaps
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Work inbound leads from events, webinars, marketing campaigns and website traffic
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to setup discovery calls and demos
- Accurately maintain activity tracking in our CRM system
- Embrace opportunities to grow by seeking feedback and investing in your development
- Be confident, curious and professional
What we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years in sales, ideally in technology or cybersecurity
- Clear, confident, and persuasive across phone, email, and digital channels
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed goals
- Open to feedback, coachable, and eager to learn
- Highly organized and focused, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable adopting and leveraging modern sales tools
- Thrives in competitive environments while remaining collaborative, positive, and resilient under pressure.
Compensation
Base Salary Range (good faith estimate): $60K per year.
This role also includes commission and bonus opportunities, with on-target earnings (OTE) typically above base range.
