We are now looking for a Technical Writer who enjoys writing and takes pride in turning complex technical concepts into clear, high-quality documentation for enterprise users.

What you’ll do

Create and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly product documentation, including guides and API references
Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to understand features and translate them into usable documentation
Continuously improve documentation based on product updates, releases, and user feedback
Contribute to consistent terminology and user guidance across the product
Use AI tools to draft, refine, and ensure consistency of documentation across releases
Help shape how users experience and understand our products through clear communication

What we’re looking for

Experience working with Markdown-based documentation and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong interest in technical writing, with motivation to produce high-quality content
Experience writing documentation for enterprise or technical audiences
Hands-on experience with enterprise security products (setup, configuration, use cases)
Experience using AI tools in documentation workflows
Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly in English
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working closely with technical teams
