UX Designer

At SSH, we provide defensive cybersecurity solutions and services to protect critical and sensitive data - in use, in transit, and at rest. Our approach is built on the Zero Trust principle: Never Trust – Always Verify.

We’re now looking for a UX Designer to help shape intuitive, consistent user experiences across our product portfolio. In this role, you’ll design user interfaces and workflows for complex, enterprise-grade products, working closely with product management, front-end engineers, and architects to ensure usability, consistency, and scalability.

What you'll do

  • Design user interfaces, workflows, and interaction models for complex products

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system and reusable UI components

  • Ensure consistency across products (navigation, layouts, patterns)

  • Apply usability and accessibility best practices

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life

  • Participate in product planning and feature development

  • Continuously improve existing user experiences

What we are looking for

  • Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, usability, and accessibility

  • Experience designing complex applications (e.g. dashboards, admin tools, data-heavy interfaces)

  • Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable, reusable UI components

  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar) for wireframing and prototyping

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex workflows

  • Clear communication and experience working in cross-functional product teams

  • Understanding of Agile development and collaboration with engineering

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern development workflows (e.g. Git, issue tracking tools)
